
Meet Our Yoga Instructors

Roni
Roni is a 200 E-YRT certified instructor since 2015 and started teaching immediately.
She taught in the fitness field as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer for over 30 years. She found Yoga during her years of weight training by attending a class from her favorite teacher, Jackie, who inspired her to move to the next phase which was Yoga.
Her style is a fitness style vinyasa that moves like a tai chi class. She also teaches
Hatha Yoga classes focusing on flexibility, strength and balance. She believes in helping her students to gain strength no matter what age, and to find their personal power through the dance of yoga in order to carry it out into their lives.

Jackie
Jackie is RYT 500. She believes that yoga can awaken us to the vast capacity of our hearts, minds, and spirits so that we can live more wholehearted and fulfilling lives. Through her flowing sequences and heart centered intention she creates an environment for each student to embody clarity, strength, and balance. Jackie’s goal is to safely guide students through each posture while encouraging them to find what works for their own unique body so they can experience the power, freedom, and presence that yoga offers.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Jackie continues to study, practice, and learn about yoga so that she can evolve her teaching and share this wisdom with her students. Over the years she has completed numerous yoga trainings in power vinyasa, yin, and Hatha yoga styles.
