The practice of yoga expertly fuses physical and energetic science. Not only does yoga build physical strength and flexibility, but more importantly, it teaches us to be aware of our energetic/emotional patterns as they relate to our physical wellness. Yoga teaches us to move energy through our bodies to maintain health and vitality, and to stay present by helping us to quiet our monkey minds.
Yoga can be utilized as a separate practice, or in conjunction with Physical Therapy and/or Energy Healing and Life Coaching.
