Evening Reset Flow w/ Jackie
This online class combines mindful flow, posture holds, breathwork, and rest to help you cultivate presence and balance. Throughout class Jackie will offer options to adapt postures to help you find what works for your body. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!
This once a month class is an invigorating vinyasa flow designed to nurture and uplift your body, mind, and spirit. You'll be guided through a fluid and dynamic sequence of postures synchronized to the rhythm of your breath to help you cultivate a greater sense of presence, inner strength, and grace. Look for this class on the first Sunday of each month
Inner Strength Flow Plus w/ Roni
Inner Strength Flow Plus is a vinyasa style of yoga that is a bit more challenging with less cues but modifications are still given for all levels above the beginner. This class invites you to connect to the strength within. This active and dynamic class focuses on flowing from one posture to the next while building strength, flexibility and breath awareness.

Ease into Evening Yin w/ Brandi
Calm your mind, actively stretch, and practice breath awareness as you ease into the evening with this Yin class. Yin can be described as a slower paced, passive practice focusing on stillness and the deeper connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time while you are encouraged to gently find your personal edge. Yin tends to be deeply meditative and can cultivate a sense of balance in our lives.
Note* All classes are "all levels" . This means the instructor will offer multiple options in each posture to accommodate beginners as well as
more experienced yoga practitioners.
